Case registered against the accused on the orders of Tehsildar Preeti Chauhan

Ajmer. In the affidavit, the matter of getting the death certificate made by the father’s maternal grandfather as his own grandfather has come to the fore. On Tuesday, on the orders of the Civil Line Police Station, the Tehsildar and the Executive Magistrate’s decision to investigate, filed a case against the accused for cheating and applying forged documents.

According to the police, Rajesh Goel, a resident of Kavandaspura, complained in the matter before the Assistant Collector. On the complaint, the charges were proved in the investigation of Tehsildar and Executive Magistrate Preeti Chauhan. In the investigation, it was found to take a death certificate from Chhota Chaudhar Mohalla resident Sushilkumar by presenting a false affidavit.

The accused applied for a death certificate giving information about the death on 10 April 1957 by calling the father’s maternal grandfather as grandfather. A death certificate was also issued to him by the Municipal Corporation on 31 December 2015. Police Station-in-charge Arvind Singh Charan is conducting research in the case.

Case open in investigation on complaint
On the complaint of making a death certificate from forged documents, the Assistant Collector issued notices to the complainants Rajesh Goyal and Sushil Kumar and called on 29 September 2021 to present the party related to the death of Jankilal son Bahadur Mal, resident of Holidara Gandhi Mohalla. Both sides were heard on 30 September. During the hearing, the documents of Jankilal’s death certificate issued on 31 December 2015 were seen. In the application, the relationship of the accused with the deceased Jankilal was mentioned in the affidavit, while Jankilal is the maternal grandfather of his father Nauratmal. In the family decoration of Sushil Kumar presented in the court, the grandfather’s name is Antamal Kandoi. In the affidavit given by Pandit Satyanarayan, the family of the complainant, Jankilal died on June 21, 1958. Sushil Kumar got the death certificate issued on December 31, 2015, keeping the facts hidden by giving false information. On February 3, 2016, the Assistant Collector, considering the fact that Sushil Kumar had issued the death certificate by hiding the facts, ordered to cancel the certificate, as well as order for action by registering a case for misleading the administration.
