The current master plan till 2025 was implemented in 2011. In this, the 6.5 km radius area of the boundary wall has been shown as a special area. The development plan of this special area was to be implemented within two years of the implementation of the master plan, but the municipal officers did not understand the need for it. The side effect of this is that the heritage form has been destroyed. Its responsibility has not been fixed.

To bring the heritage form and the property back to its original form and on that basis a plan will be made. There will be other planning including road width, land use, park, drainage system, sewerage system. Apart from this, a separate detailed plan will be prepared for the development of two quartets.
1500 heritage building-mansion is marked in the boundary wall. Out of this, the detailed report of about 600 is ready, but the work of the rest is pending. The deadline for this is also being fixed.
Separate building bye-laws have been made for the boundary wall, but due to negligence, its guidelines have not been made yet. The process of getting notified by making guidelines will be faster.

It was claimed that action would be taken against illegal constructions, but the file is lying in cold storage for one and a half years. Rajasthan Heritage Committee: It does not meet regularly. None of the decisions taken in the first meeting have been implemented so far. The Chief Secretary had also given instructions for effective monitoring of the boundary wall.
In the balance of grooming the wall: The work of beautifying the parakote is not being started. Whereas, there is also a budget for this in the account of the corporation.
