Panarva area case
Jhadol (Udaipur). In Mahad village of police station Panarwa police station area, villagers beat up a young man who came to watch Garba. After being seriously injured, other villagers took him to the hospital, but on the second day of the assault, the young man died during treatment. On Thursday, talks were held between both the sides at Mamer post on Thursday, but due to no concrete result, the post-mortem of the dead body could not be done. According to sources, Vinod (18) son Popatlal Vadera, resident of Khedbrahma, went to see Garba in Mahad village of Panarwa police station area on Wednesday. Where there was an altercation with other villagers including Alpesh son Makhanlal Pargi of Mahad village. Soon the altercation turned into a fight and Alpesh and other villagers started beating Vinod together. During this Vinod was seriously injured. Vinod’s relatives were informed by other villagers present there. Vinod was taken to Himatnagar, Gujarat for treatment in a seriously injured condition by the relatives who reached the spot.

The incident was reported by the relatives to the police station Panarwa. From where the Police Officer Nathusinh May Japta and Kotra Deputy Superintendent of Police Bhupendra Singh also reached the spot. Vinod, who was injured in the assault, died at Himatnagar Hospital during treatment at around 9 am on Thursday. The body was brought to Kotara by the relatives. Where talks between the two sides continued throughout the day. The body was kept in the mortuary of Kotra Hospital. Talks went on for the whole day at Mamer post on both sides but no result came out. It is noteworthy that there have been fights between Alpesh and Vinod four to five times in the past.
