ISLAMABAD November 05 (Online): Tehreek-e-Insaf’s constitutional and legal team has advised Tehreek-e-Insaf President Imran Khan to appear in the top court.
The final decision on this matter is likely to be made within the next 48 hours.

Hamid Khan, head of the legal team, will meet Imran Khan in the jail for final consultation on this matter.
Shoaib Shaheen’s Advocate Spokesperson PTI also confirmed that Umar Khan had to appear before the Supreme Court so that he could be informed about the prison conditions as well as appease other people, including the media.

It is also worth noting that the Supreme Court has issued a written order to hear the NAB amendment case on October 31.
The court gave President PTI an opportunity to appear before the court.

The instruction stated that if the PTI president wanted to appear in court, the prison warden would make the necessary arrangements.
Following the objections made against the decision to declare the NAB amendments invalid, the written order was issued at the hearing held on October 31.
The NAB amendment case was heard by a larger five-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faiz Isa; chairman PTI is the main petitioner in the NAB amendment case.

The Supreme Court issued notice to all parties giving President PTI an opportunity to appear before the court.
The written order said that a copy of the court order should be handed over to the PTI President, who is detained in Adiala Jail.
The hearing against the NAB amendment decision is subject to the detailed decision of the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure.
