Satna (Madhya Pradesh): With little time left for assembly elections to begin across the state, polling booths in Satna district were inspected on Wednesday.
District observer Anjana M inspected all the voting booths to make sure everything was in place.
District collector Rani Bottad and superintendent of police (SP) Shudhir Gupta were also present during the inspection. Polling booths in Bhadanpur, Kakra, Latagaon, Ajwayan and Bhatura were inspected by the trio.
In addition, views were exchanged on the facilities to be provided to voters at the polls and the special arrangements provided for voters with special disabilities.
Observer Anjana directed all officials to ensure smooth and hassle-free voting in all booths and maintain law and order there.
