Karachi: The special anti-terrorism court has declared four accused, including Mohsin Dawar, in the case of provocative speech against National Assembly member Ali Wazir and others.

A case related to provocative speech against National Assembly member Ali Wazir and others was heard before a special court at the Anti-Terrorism Complex in Karachi Central Jail.

A report on the movable and immovable property of the fugitive accused was presented in the court. There is no property in the names of the four fugitives. The report has been submitted by Mukhtiar Kar Sub-Division Karachi, Baldia Town, Deputy Commissioner South Waziristan and Deputy Commissioner Peshawar.

According to police, a case of provocative speech has been registered against the accused at Sohrab Goth police station. Ali Wazir has been arrested in the case and is in jail on judicial remand.
