A Hindu family has put up a poster of exodus at their home in Uttar Pradesh’s district Bulandshahr. The matter is of Banel village of police station Pahasu. Here Vinod Raghav has written at his Bari Wala Mohalla house – “Hindu family forced to migrate because of Faisal Khan s/o Yasin Khan and his 4 companions.”
According to media reports, the house of Vinod Raghav, a resident of village Banail in Bulandshahr, is close to the houses of the people of the Muslim community. According to Vinod Raghav, on Tuesday (October 12, 2021) evening, a young man from the Muslim community not only hurt his religious sentiments with his companions but also attacked him with a knife.
Along with this, he alleges that on Wednesday he was also threatened by audio, on which the Hindu Defense team lodged a case with the police on his behalf. According to the victim’s family, due to panic, they are trying to flee the village by selling the house.
When OpIndia contacted the victim Vinod Raghav in this matter, he explained the matter in detail. Vinod told that most of the houses around his house belong to Muslims. Describing himself as a very poor family, he described his 3 sons as laborers and drivers.
Victim Vinod told that the accused Faisal has already attacked his family. Vinod attacker Faisal Khan often enters his house with a knife and threatens to kill every member of the house. For which he has also secretly made a video. He has named Faisal’s father as Yasin Khan.
Rakesh Sisodia, state vice-president of Hindu Raksha Dal, who filed the case in this case, told OpIndia that the accused Faesal does the work of installing windows and glasses in the houses. Faisal’s brother Farman often makes objectionable remarks about Hindu deities on social media. A case was also registered last year in this connection on Farman.
OpIndia has an FIR registered in this matter. In this FIR, a case has been registered against the accused Faesal under sections 295 A, 504, 506. Sub Inspector Virendra Singh of Pahasu police station is investigating the matter.
Victim Vinod himself has also given some other names among the harassers. According to the victim, Akram, Aas, Raju and Mukeem along with Faisal also harass him and his family every day. According to Vinod, he is thinking of leaving the house and going to his sister’s house in Agra.
The plaintiff of the case, Rakesh Kumar Sisodia of Hindu Raksha Dal, says that he had already verbally IGed the possibility of attacking the victim at the police station. According to the plaintiff, the local Pahasu police station still did not take any concrete step. Along with this, the plaintiff also accused the police of protecting the accused, saying that the sections imposed by the police on the accused Faisal were insufficient.
In this case, when OpIndia contacted the local police, it was informed from the police station Pahasu that the matter has been resolved peacefully. The station in-charge said that the accused Faisal has been sent to jail under appropriate sections. Also, the law and order situation was described as normal.
