
A local court in Islamabad handed over PTI leader Asad Qaiser to the federal police and ordered him to be kept in judicial custody.
Islamabad police presented PTI leader Asad Qaiser in a local court. The suspect, who was brought to the courthouse with a police armored vehicle, took strict security measures.
Shoaib Shaheen, Advocate Goli and Sardar Masroof appeared in court on behalf of PTI and the investigating officer of Bani Gala police station also appeared before the court and demanded that Qaiser be sent to jail on judicial remand.
The investigating officer said that judicial proceedings should be conducted until the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police arrive and Asad Qaiser should be sent to Adiala jail for judicial custody.
