According to details, in the FIA ​​money laundering case, the court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Moonis Elahi and ordered him to appear in court on November 16.
Special Court Central Judge Tanveer Ahmad Shaikh issued a written order for the hearing yesterday; Accordingly, Moonis Elahi’s bailable arrest warrant was not executed.

According to the written order, the FIA ​​submitted a report that Moonis Elahi was not present at the address given in Spain, while a non-bailable warrant was issued for the arrest of Moonis Elahi.
The court ruled that the relevant institutions and authorities should take the necessary steps for the arrest of Moonis Elahi, that the FIA ​​should impose arrest warrants on Moonis Elahi’s residences in London and Spain, which cannot be bailed out, and also that Pervez Elahi should be released from prison on 16 November. He said it should be removed.
