For this, it is necessary to talk openly about family planning by ASHA, ANM, Anganwadi worker. The discussion about what family planning means, it is up to them to decide how many children you will have, and when, if you want to wait a little longer to have children, you can choose one of the many tools available. These means are called means of family planning, means of keeping the gap between the birth of children or contraceptive means. Women become victims of death due to problems of pregnancy, childbirth and unsafe abortion. In these, their deaths can be prevented through family planning.

Preventing the dangers of pregnancy through family planning is possible-

DCM Rajesh Kumar told that there is a possibility of death of girls below the age of 18 years during delivery. Because their body is not fully developed. The child born to them is also more likely to die in the first year itself. Women who are older than pregnancy are at higher risk because they often have other health problems as well. Women who have 3 or more babies are at higher risk of postpartum bleeding and death from other causes. Asha, Anganwadi workers, sevika helpers in rural areas need to inform women about ways to prevent unwanted pregnancy along with information about family planning resources like copper tea, condoms, contraceptive pills, needles etc.
Manoranjan told that it is necessary for pregnant women to always consume fruits, green vegetables, salads and milk, milk products for physical and mental development. There is a need to avoid any kind of stress. Dr. Sandeep Kumar said that in order to curb the population and prevent unwanted pregnancy, pregnant and lactating women have been given various resources of family planning such as giving birth to a child as well as to prevent the problems of immediate re-pregnancy. , Condom, Mala D, Antara, Copper T, and Sterilization, like permanent and temporary means were given. On this occasion Medical Officer-in-Charge Dr. Manoranjan, DCM Rajesh Kumar, BHM Ranjan Kumar, Care India’s Akanksha, BCM, UNICEF and AYUSH doctors were present.
