Maharashtraa Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday lashed out at Congress leaders for doubting Lord Ram as well as Ram Setu, stating that the Congress leader went to temples only before the elections and fled to Bangkok after the elections were over.
Addressing an election rally in Pandhurna in Madhya Pradesh on the last day of campaigning for the Assembly elections, Fadnavis accused the Congress of speaking hypocritically on the issue of Ram and religion.
“These are the same people who equated Sanatan with Dengue and Malaria. These are the same people who destroyed the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the darkness of the night,” Fadnavis said and asked whether the Congress leaders were on the side of the nation or on the side of this nation. On Aurangzeb’s side.
Fadnavis MP greets CM Shivraj Singh
Hailing Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh for reconstructing the Shivaji statue, Fadnavis said that those who destroyed the Shivaji statue can never become Prime Ministers again.
Reminding the audience of ‘Janajati Gaurav Din’, Fadnavis said that the Prime Minister has launched a new scheme of Chief Minister JanMan with an expenditure of Rs 24,000 crore. The Maharashtra DCM also reminded the audience about the Rs 11,000-crore Vishwakarma scheme and said that PM Modi always thinks of the last person and has implemented the biggest welfare schemes for the poor ever.
Fadnavis shifts blame to non-BJP governments
“Prime Minister Modi is sending funds for various schemes, but states with non-BJP governments are not implementing them. So, the election will decide where the MP will be on India’s development map,” Fadnavis added.
Fadnavis addressed rallies organized for BJP candidates Nanabhau Mohod and Prakashbhau Uike in Saunsar and Pandhurna assembly segments.
