The Greater Noida Authority on Thursday announced plans for allotment of 11 commercial plots.
This process will continue for 21 days from September 26 through online application.
The announcement came during a meeting of Greater Noida CEO Surendra Singh with representatives of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) and other organisations.
“The allottees can build up to 400 per cent of the total floor coverage of the ground coverage, allowing high-rise commercial buildings in Greater Noida. The allotment will be done through an auction with the entire process from application to allotment being done through an online SBI portal.
Singh also said that the scheme was being launched keeping in mind the demands of the investors and the needs of the residents, noting that possession would be given immediately after allotment as no plot is disputed.
“Business activities in these places will meet the daily needs of the residents,” he said.
According to officials, 10 per cent of the total plot cost, will have to be paid for the registration cost, with the remaining amount to be done within 90 days of plot allotment.
