The report of 85 patients who came late at night in Azamgarh is positive, the district administration is continuously making the public aware.

Corona infection is increasing continuously in Azamgarh district. Even though the district administration and health department are continuously running awareness programs regarding corona, yet the infection is increasing continuously in the district. After 85 infected patients late on Saturday night, the number of infected patients in the district has increased to 347. Out of these infected patients, one employee of State Bank, one employee of CHC and five employees of roadways along with civil court. All the infected patients have been kept in home isolation. In view of the apprehension of Omicron, the sample will be sent to KGMC Lucknow for investigation.

No mask no uniform board put up on shops
District DM Amrit Tripathi has also put up no mask no similar board at all shops with the aim of preventing infection and making all people wear masks. The purpose of this is that so that people come out of their homes only by wearing masks. Police and administration are also continuously running a campaign regarding this. Additional CMO Dr. Arvind Kumar Singh said that so far a total of 18,269 positive patients have been found, out of which 17,693 patients have been discharged after recovery. A total of 229 infected patients have died so far. So far, out of a total of 13,05,650 samples, 12,47,150 reports have come negative, out of 13,05,055 reports. 595 report is still awaited.
